This was the first time we had used RT Promotions and they were great in understanding exactly what it was we needed - especially as we weren't very clear. Then we changed our minds and finally put a rush order through with totally unrealistic timescales.   

RT Promotions however, ensured they were delivered on time, and with all the correctly amended words and artwork. 

The glass awards we had engraved went down a storm with the staff, and we will now be using RT Promotions for all our promotional material and would recommend you do the same.
