My names Richard Mack, and I'm the MD of RT Promotions. I decided to name my newsletters 'Mack in Touch' as a play on words with my surname, and the fact that I really do want to keep in touch with you. I aim to get a newsletter out about once a month, but it often stretches to six or even eight weeks.
