Formed in 2004, RT Promotions is a family-run business, based in the country market town of Wimborne, in the heart of Dorset. Here, at their operations centre, aptly titled 'The Ideas Hub', we co-ordinate all the work for our many clients throughout the UK and, increasingly, across the world. Founded by Richard Mack, the business has a straightforward and simple philosophy of providing the very best promotional gifts, at the best possible price, and yet maintaining exceptional service delivery levels. Richard explains, "You know, just because a client is ordering a promotional gift item with a 'low perceived value', like a budget ballpen for example, that doesn't give us an excuse to provide sloppy service. Whatever our clients need, be it high value items or low-cost giveaways, we strive to support them all the way through the process, making the experience as simple and easy as possible. JAMIE MACK With the company growing at a rapid rate, I joined in 2009. Previously, I had been working in the security sector where I had a retail area manager position, looking after security officers based in 40 retail outlets across the south. After being with RT Promotions now for 3 years, I remember my first day when I didn't even know what an .eps file was (maybe YOU don't?). Now I am creating artwork, and visuals for customers on a daily basis and loving the way this helps our clients. After branding our company vehicle, I'm wondering how long it will be before my motorbike is all branded up. Watch this space!	RICHARD MACK With a background in Sales and Marketing, covering over 20 years, operating on a global scale, with companies like Coca Cola, E & J Gallo Winery, Golden Wonder and ADT, I've a wealth of experience of how marketing and promotional gifts can be used to support a brand. Away from work, I'm an avid F1 motor racing fan, attending at least one race every year, and watching the rest from the comfort of my sofa. CATHERINE GREGG With all these 'men' around, the company needs the feminine touch that I bring!!! I joined the company in 2006 and have helped develop the back office administration system that lets us support our clients with easy to understand quotes and order processing. I particularly like working with the corporatewear or workwear part of the business, ensuring that our quality of embroidered clothing is first rate.
